Google Introduces A Free Online Certificate Course "Power Searching with Google" (Apply Now)

Here comes another empowerment programme by the world internet search giant- Google. As its name implies, "Power Searching With Google" is short online certificate course on becoming a great internet searcher. The programme which was launched few days back is aimed at helping all Google users learn about the powerful advanced tools which Google provides to help the world find just the right information when the stakes are high. The certificate, according to Google will be emailed upon successful passing of the online course by participants. 

If you will be applying for this course, my advice is that you start on time to learn how to use the most recent version of your browser, desktop, laptop or a tablet computer. This was an advice Google sent to me on completion of my registration for this course. Mobile phones according to Google will not be used for the classes.

Power Searching with Google is a free online, community-based course showcasing search techniques and how to use them to solve real, everyday problems.

Registration and Dates of Class Related Activities

Registration is already in progress. It started on June 26, 2012 and will run till July 16, 2012. To get the best, Google recommends that you register before the first class is released on July 10, 2012!

According to Google, new classes will be made available starting from Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday starting on July 10, 2012 and ending on July 19, 2012. Course-related activities will end on July 23, 2012.
