If you are using a free or paid email contact service that allows you a specific number of form submissions in a month, you can save more of them when you have a well defined FAQs Page. Readers will no longer contact you on an issue which the solution had already been provided on your site, hence it makes you recieve emails that are really worth sending.
So much can be done with a Frequently Asked Questions page that time may not allow me to write all of them here, but I am pretty sure you already have a tip of what I am saying.
I did a quick step by step guide on how to create a Frequently Asked Questions Page in Blogger. So if you are publishing on Blogger platform, you might find this steps helpful!
Step 1: Login to Blogger.com >> Dashboard >> Posting >> Edit Pages
Step 2: Click on "Create a Page"
Step 3: On the "Title" container type "FAQs" and publish the page.
If you have already compiled your site questions and their answers, edit the page, paste and publish again. Tip: It will be wise you compile your site FAQs following the kind of post you write or what people have been contacting of.
How to Get the Link for Your FAQs Page
When you publish the page, view the page to copy the link from your browser address container. Add it to your navbar or menu bar.
That's it!
